Mohamed actively oversees day-to-day procurement, public relations, and wholesale operations, and manages customer service at the Westgate Market (Northside) hub. He personally engages with customers across the brand's social channels — answering questions on meat aging, inventory, and specialty cuts.

FreshCo Partnership Expansion
Under Mohamed's management, Westgate scaled from standalone shops into dedicated Halal meat counters inside Chalo FreshCo and FreshCo supermarkets across Edmonton and Calgary.
Quality Assurance
Westgate's signature in-house burgers are processed strictly from freshly deboned meats — never commercial "tube meat" fillers. Mohamed personally vets sourcing and preparation.
